1. Adding extra email accounts.
You are provided one email account with your Zone package.
If you would like to activate more for your account, you can do so, up
to 3 extras. They are billed at $2.95/per account/month plus taxes. In
order to set up the account, please contact our customer service center
at 1-888-ROGERS1. Our representatives will ask for some identification
to confirm your authority to make changes on the account and will set
them up for you over the phone. Alternatively, you can also email info@thezone.net
to request the set up.
2. Changing passwords.
You can either contact our call center at 1-888-ROGERS1
and provide the appropriate identification to our representatives and
they will make the changes for you. Or, you can manage your passwords
yourself at https://utils.thezone.net/utils.
You must know your current password in order to make any changes.
Please remember to keep your passwords in a safe place. Also, we do not
keep a record of your first password or any subsequent changes. If you
forget your password, you must call us to receive a new one.
3. Checking online time.
You can do this at our secure site https://utils.thezone.net/utils.
It monitors all the time you have used and reports them in minutes. For
customers on the Main Zone or Power Zone packages, the time used in the
Non-Prime hours are not counted towards your package time. For the Lite
Zone and Starter Zone, all usage shown is counted towards your time.
Any overages charges are reported on the bill following the month you
incurred the extra time online.
4. Changing your package.
If you would like to change your package, you can simply
email us at info@thezone.net,
call 1-888-ROGERS1, or visit one of our customer service locations.

5. Setting up my personal webspace.
You can email info@thezone.net,
or call 1-888-ROGERS1 and request that your webspace be set up. We will
create an FTP account and password for you and assign you a url.
Customers are responsible for designing, uploading and maintaining their
web page. Please also note that this space is for personal use only and
no commercial activity or promotion is allowed.
Your url will be in the format of home.thezone.net/~username where
you get to choose the username. You can not exceed 8 characters. If you
email a request to set up your webspace, be sure to include your username
preference.
